HMCS Halifax (FFH 330) is a Halifax-class frigate that has served in the Canadian Forces since 1992. Halifax is the lead ship in her class which is the name for the Canadian Patrol Frigate Project. She is the second vessel to carry the designation HMCS Halifax. She carries the hull classification symbol 330. She is assigned to Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) and is homeported at CFB Halifax in her namesake city, Halifax, a name that was also born by HMCS Halifax (K237), a Flower Class Corvette in World War II as well as the very first warship built in Halifax, HMS Halifax (1768).

The 1/96 scale Halifax Class is not a novice model. There are tweeks the might need to be made accourding to how a person would like to build the model. These are cut from Gator board, a waterproof material with foam in the middle. These decks will fit Scale Shipyard huls.

You can get the Halifax Class hull from Scale Shipyard. All prices do not include shipping costs. If additional shipping is needed, Homeport Models will contact you.
